Application Software – Technical Assistance

Do you have a software package that is difficult to setup because it requires installation of a SQL Server database engine along with SQL Server Analysis Services?   Or, perhaps vendor documentation for the software is poor, you don’t know anything about Linux, or there are too many configuration options in the installer!  Or, maybe the vendor doesn’t even have an installer but gives 100 pages of instructions.

We can help by doing one or more of the following for you:

• install the database engine software, operating system, and supplementary software such as Citrix/Ericom/Microsoft Office
• upgrade a database engine version/edition or software component
• backup/restore a production or test database
• manage the software installation for you
• automate as many of the installation steps as possible for you

• monitor the application’s health in terms of resource consumption
